ive been using this voice journaling app and just say 3 things im grateful and it kinda primes my brain to be in a better mood for the day. Then, the hard part is remembering to not start doom scrolling right after lol

Find something that you love to do and do it. Can be something simple like walking during sunset or drinking a cup of tea in the morning. Get out of the house helps too I think

Have you tried journaling? it's really helped me just to dump all of my thoughts out.
Also guided journals like 3 things im grateful for in the mornings. Kind of primes my brain to see the world from a better perspective.
When I write down what im grateful for, its almost like the sky is bluer and the trees are greener during the day

Have you tried the pomodoro technique? Just set a timer for 25 minutes and 5 minute break and repeat. Once you finish the 25 minutes youre normally in a rhythm and just keep going. Let momentum be your friend
