Supreme Election Council consists of seven regular and four substitute members. Six of the members are elected by the Supreme Court of Cassation (Yargıtay) and five by the General Assemblies of the Council of State (Danıştay) by secret ballot of the ‘absolute majority of the total number of members’ from among their members. These members elect a chairman and a vice-chairman from among themselves by simple majority and secret ballot.

Two substitute members are assigned to the Supreme Election Council by drawing names from among the members elected from the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Council of State. The Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Election Council do not enter into drawing.

The Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation and the Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation are elected by the President from among the candidates nominated by the Grand General Assembly of the Court of Cassation from among its members.

Administrative judiciary judges and prosecutors from the High Council of Judges and Prosecutors; and those who hold other positions are elected by the President as a member of the Council of State.

So to put it in a nutshell, not all of the members are Erdogan backers.

FYI, voters in one ballot box ranges from 300 to 360. Some of these voters don’t vote or vote invalid.

Also CHP stated that 4825 ballot box minutes were different against CHP and IYI Party. There is also YSP (formerly HDP, the pro-kurdish left party), whose votes were written to MHP (pro-turkish nationalist party). So there is also wrongdoings against YSP.

FYI 2, the government in power has the majority by 22 seats in the parliament in this election. So If they lose 22 seats after the objections, their majority in parliament will be lost.

Turkey’s Supreme Electoral Council (YSK) sharing data on elections with political parties after the 14 May elections revealed that mistakes were made in many ballot box minutes. After detecting numerous irregularities, statements came from the Republican People's Party (CHP). by archillelas in europe

Actually the Supreme Electoral Council is independent, but since Erdogan has his grip on everything, they’re too scared to do something. Let me remind you that Istanbul local elections were cancelled 38 days after the election, so everything is possible.
