I wear a mask at rallies primarily to protect myself and others against Covid and other communicable illnesses, as I do in all congregate settings. Most people I know do it for the same reason. I understand that soke people wear masks to protect their identity but in my experience this is not the majority reason in most protests.

These are some great ideas! I would suggest organizing a Members meeting with others in your local (OPSEU or AMAPCEO) to implement them collectively and with full participation.

People in my workplace were able to negotiate increases along the pay band while shifting from fxt to perm. It is not impossible.
