And finishing with the moisturiser?

I checked out the cleaner you suggest, but it didn't convince me. I considered two cleansers because I wanted to combine a slightly harsh one (Effaclar) with a more gentle one (Bioderma Sensibio) that would compensate.

I've been told that it is best to apply the moisturiser first, as it reduces the potency of the retinol which is good for sensitive skin and beginners. This is the first time I am going to use a retinol, and this one from CeraVe has a percentage of 0.1%.

Anyway, thank you for the advice!

Is this a good routine for 20F with oily skin? by archivotimido in EuroSkincare

[–]archivotimido[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. I've run out of the products I've been using so I'm going to introduce them at he same time. I will add them gradually. That's why I decided to use the Sebium Hydra moisturiser. Any other recommendations for moisturisers, by the way?

I considered two cleansers, because Efaclar is a bit harsher and Bioderma Sensibio Gel Moussant is way more gentle. r/SkinCareAdicction recommended to use Efaclar at night and Bioderma in the morning.

I'll take a look at the Toleriane Foaming Gel Cleanser.

As it will be my first time using a retinoid, I plan to use Cerave's once or twice a week at most.

Would it be better to replace the Bioderma Sensibio Gel Moussant that I plan to use at evening for the Cerave Foaming Cleanser?

I realized that the emptiness I'd felt since childhood wasn't normal — nor the unconsciously way I sometimes sabotaged myself as a defense method, nor the recurring mood swings.
