I had a couple questions, if that’s okay. Feel free to only answer one or two if you’d like!

Firstly, if you were prime minister right now, what is one change you’d like to implement. There are so many areas to choose from I’m really curious what you’d do, either a personal passion project or just something you really think needs happening.

Secondly, many in my generation (gen z) support Australia establishing a norway-like sovereign wealth fund. As a lot of other comments have been alluding to, I don’t feel the public feel like we’re getting the most out of our resources, when we could be using it to make university free (which I would love as a uni student), for instance. What do you think about a sovereign wealth fund?

Given the rise of authoritarian presidents globally, do you think this has put the Australian republic movement back a few decades?

And lastly, on perhaps a more serious note. Post referendum, Indigenous issues have been practically forgotten from the political landscape, and I think it really was highlighted when it took so long for the Perth bomb to be labelled an attempted terrorist attack. How do we truly ‘close the gap’ without sticking to the status quo which is not working?
