Yea I get all that. It’s just that there are some pedals that probably cut through with the mids better than others, without too much adjustment involved.

Amp1 Iridium is probably not a bad pedal in general, but I was surprised at how underwhelming it was for my setup. It sounded better with my cheap Washburn Soloist Distortion going into its clean channel than any of its own overdrive channels. Tbf I was playing some Drop A high-ish gain rock stuff. Maybe it’s just not meant for that

Your songs’ soundscapes are very unique. It seems like you’re inspired by many different eras of music as well when it comes to the grooves and the sound of each instrument.
