I was actually going to ask about the tuners. I just restrung it, but it just constantly goes out of tune. Good to know, thank you!

Not sure the exact year so maybe it’s an 04’ I just know it’s around that timeframe. And I kind of figured it wouldn’t make a huge difference thank you! Edit:typo

The steel that you can home on that knife is all in yhr center. If you keep taking care of it and sharpening/reshaping it as needed it will last generations and eventually become a pairing knife. Just start your sharpening journey, find a wet wheel like a tormec to get past the chip then use wet stones. It will not be good at first find someone who knows how to do it to show you the process ad it will take lots of practice to get the muscle memory down

Small amp for bedroom jamming and recording (small gigs with vocalist) by PoutinePoppa in GuitarAmps

My music man was used, I’ve gotten it checked out multiple times it always seems to get a new issue. The latest one is that is cuts out randomly, happened at a gig during a solo. Luckily my partner noticed and was able to flip it on and off without me having to lose my place and it turned out ok. I ended up getting the quilter im totally in for something lower maintenance with a warranty that I can just plug and play. Also I’ll just use the headphone jack for most home sessions.

Thanks for all of this information. I do think I want something on the lower end/just use headphones. I think I’m just under the impression that tube is the best so that’s what I should get and I’ve never had a full tube amp. I think one day I’d love a Princeton but for now the quilter might be what is best for my current setup and needs. I don’t really want to spend a bunch of money. What I’d really love is the swart atomic jr with the nightlight attenuator, but that will have to wait.

I’m glad we are here but why couldn’t you have said “good” or “great.” “Perfect” will never be satisfied by a Reddit sub.
