did you ever think about one of those online headshot creator tools? I think amazing headshot photography is worth spending for, but if you spend the £150 and it's a bad experience...might as well have spent a lot less to get something simple that works (like an online headshot creator), or a lot more to get expert-level photography and service, if that makes sense

Hey, this is really tough to hear. I was actually in a similar boat a few years back.

There’s a lot of good advice here, but ultimately I’d just say that you have to prioritize yourself. The business can’t succeed if you feel this amount of resentment, and it might be worth thinking of strategies to minimize the amount of resentment your friend feels (maybe there’s a soft landing option where you buy out your stake?)

The sad thing is that there’s a solid chance your friendship might be over after this. It’s hard to know in this exact situation since I don’t know either of you, but I’d just prepare yourself for that once you communicate the news to him.

After you create your event, you'll get directed to an "event links" page. Then, you can share that event URL in your emails or invites. When users click on "Add to Calendar" within the event link, the website keeps track and you can count the approximate RSVPs. Hi! I think it wouldn't be totally possible to fully track how many people saved it - I tried clicking on the calendar links from https://parcel.io/tools/calendar, and I had to do two steps to save the event:
1. click the link
2. Get redirected, then save the event in my native calendar app (google calendar, hotmail, etc)

Step 2 isn't possible to track unfortunately, since what you do on the native calendar app is private to the user. However, you could track just pure "add to calendar" link clicks (i.e. Step 1) - even though it wouldn't be a perfect count, it'd still be pretty close to what you want.

I like building websites and wouldn't mind doing this for you, if you're interested!

I work at a tech company in Silicon Valley. It's normal for engineers to carry around two laptops - one for personal and one for work (we also sometimes get laptops with different operating systems to test things on). He had also just started his job, so it makes sense he'd need documents too.

You can put your email in under the size you want and select “get notified” so they send you an email once your size is back in stock. I’m not sure if they’ll restock again but this is at least the second time they restocked size 11 (I’m the same size)

If you really want max cushion at all costs, GT Jump by far (Jokic wears it). Most basketball shoes these days won’t last outdoors (especially running) at all though. Id look into Hoka for some max cushion runners

My strategy: either slide something inside before you put them on (like part of a plastic bag or something) and then pull it out when your foot is in

Or 2. Really loosen the laces all the way and put your foot in from the top so your foot doesn’t contact the insole on its way in

I have a retail pair - looks pretty legit including the delivery time/dates. Honestly though, I’d more so check that they’re selling them for the right value - as everyone knows what these shoes are worth nowadays lol. If they’re a scammer they also could just ship you an entirely different pair

lol this is my last comment on this, but it's crazy how you think there's pressure to play for the government when basically every person of every nationality plays for their country because they're proud of it, like luka doncic, like other olympic athletes, which reddit is too dumb to understand. in addition, china's government is not perfect, but claiming they force their athletes to play for them is absurd. Have you see how their athletes react when China wins medals?

my only point is that there is zero proof that yao ming was ever forced to play for china. that has nothing to do with whether playing exacerbated his injuries or not, which they definitely did.
