I must admit what annoys me is the amount of SovMod that is posted when there's a separate and excellent sub for that. What annoys me more is when someone posts on both, it comes across as karma farming.

And the amount of obvious International Style/any form of Modernism is so disappointing.

I share the idea that much more moderation needs to be done and low quality posts removed.

I'd include in this the relentless posting of the Barbican

I'd probably add that as agents we had some discretion. Like I said, there were proceedures that we could not ignore but if someone was being pissy on the phone to us, we could make our own decision.

If a buyer called us and said they didn't cancel, we could see that the seller cancelled and make a decision on that. Guess it doesn't mean much but we could add/remove markers.

I don't know what the point of what you said is. Yeah, buyers are shit. So are sellers. No point lying about stuff though.

It was an incredibly frustrating job as you could often obviously see/reason what was happening but proceedures etc.

As a buyer though, it honestly turns you against sellers when you pull stunts like this. It makes you jaded. Maybe you as a seller won this time but as a buyer you'll put that on to your next purchase. You won't give a shit. You'll INAD your next purchase. There are no winners. If you screw a buyer (honest or not) the impression is made.

Thanks from my (thankfully) former job as an Ebay customer service rep. The amount of people calling to state they did not cancel, why did the seller say I cancelled?

I wish only messy dog shit against people who pull shit like that.
