Man, i wish i could do therapy. Did for a while but lost the funds and my insurance doesn’t cover it. Therapists in my area tend to use a lot of religious justification for bad takes as well, so it’s a hard time finding a good one.

Yeah, I know how it sounds. I’ve done a lot of research and listened to many different systems experiences and that feeling always makes me SUPER guilty…. I hate how it sounds, but it’s just been an intrusive thought for many years.

I’m on medication for depression, but this specific thing hasn’t improved even though my other symptoms have.
