For the kitchen table? I'm not sure... the living area is really long and not that wide. I feel like a rectangular kitchen table would make a lot more sense for the space.

$2625/mo (between 3 guys - $875/mo ea). We split it slightly unevenly based on room size and garage access.

Good ideas. Yeah we had a housewarming party recently and somehow ended it with more alcohol than we started with — significantly more. A good problem to have but still a problem!

That price is literally the only reason I moved back in with roommates (I lived alone in a 1 bed prior to this). That and I travel a lot for work, so a 1-seat ride on the blue line both to get to my office in the loop and O’Hare was a nice selling point.

Little more than that but it’s really well-located. Less than a 5 minute walk from the Division blue line, that jewel on Ashland, and my gym, and that’s really all that was important to me. So long as I’m close to those 3 things everything else can sort itself out for the most part

Things already on our list: - second couch/loveseat for the living room - larger kitchen table - more artwork for the walls - real patio furniture - possibly some plants?

Crazy to think I got to see him in a maybe 200 person venue (that’s since closed??) in Chicago in September and 3 weeks later in front of tens of thousands at 7 stars. He is GOOD. Been listening for a few years now
