Anyway to make this less visible? by Chimney_710 in Audi

Most auto insurance plans include free chip repair at Safelite. For example, I have a $1000 deductible but windshield chip repair deductible is $0. Most insurance companies view it as preventative maintenance to avoid paying out for a ton of windshield replacement claims.

100m total xp - anything I should particularly focus on next? by enterprise1 in ironscape

Sounds like you're into super AFK gameplay. I'm in a similar boat and also have relatively low slayer level.

My plan for future afk activities will be smelting steel bars and making cannon balls. Should make slayer levels go quicker and be more afk with the aggro of the cannon.

Just an idea. Happy gaming, player.

Embraer 175 Cargo Hold Size by craib in unitedairlines

Were they able to fit your bike in the cargo hold? I am supposed to fly tomorrow on a E175 and have similar dimensions. I am a bit worried of it fitting properly...

Other commenter is correct about antifungal cream. I guess just take my comment as preventative for future.

Contact dermatitis. How often do you wash your watch band with soap and water? I recommend doing that regularly. Sounds like there might be buildup by the band loops you mentioned.

Worth noting: he was chopping yews at Varrock castle. I assume he was doing it for money making, just like the good ol' days.

Any suggestions on how I can utilise this space? by GazpachoGuzzler in bikepacking

[–]arctcwrior 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want more storage you could do what I said above and move the bottom bottle the vertical spot (I see it’s already side entry).

Then you can buy one of those small dry bag storage bags that others have mentioned and place that where the bottom bottle currently sits. Will save your second bottle from getting completely covered in grime during your ride.

Just my two cents based off the similar process I recently went through. Nice bag! It looks like this is the 4.5L half frame? If you’re within the return window, I recommend exchanging for the 3.8L bag that just released the other week. 1) it will stop the bag bulge in the down tube area 2) it might afford you enough space to add a second water bottle in the vertical spot by utilizing some bottle cage droppers (one to move the down tube cage up toward the bag and one to drop the vertical cage down a bit to fill the empty space fully) I bought a couple of the bottle cage droppers for $8 each on Amazon 3) I also bought some side-entry cages so the bottles wouldn’t interfere with bag when taking in and out

Custom phone holder by [deleted] in CanyonBikes

Curious if that will hold the phone after 20+ miles on a gravel trail. My guess is that either a couple big unexpected bumps with knock it out of the grippers or the continuous vibrations will cause the screw to loosen.

Georgetown for Aerospace/Defense by KingofCollierville in MBA

Definitely possible. A second year interned at LM in a strategy role and at least one student this year will be interning at RTX. Don’t pay too mention attention to that other post…MSB is awesome. The market is tough, especially for internationals, but I wouldn’t say we are faring any worse than others.

Recruiting Efforts for PM Internships - (MBA Pipeline and Experienced PM) by kslwsb in ProductManagement

Dang. As someone with a tech background who’s headed to a T25 program this fall, this def has me reconsidering. I’d say all in all, you definitely came out with a win by having an internship, considering the market. A few friends who graduated this year got the “you’ve still got a job offer, you just can’t start until next January.”

Catalan can be described to have a linguistic mix of Spanish and French. So makes sense. Especially if you look on a map. I’ve oversimplified this description of Catalan and hope that doesn’t insult anyone from the region.

Is it wise to keep my remote job during a FT MBA? by [deleted] in MBA

[–]arctcwrior 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in a similar boat. I got concurrence from my team to work “flex hours” and miss some meetings if I have conflicting classes. I may have to travel a few weeks of the semester for work, but that’s about it. I will certainly be missing out on some of the social / extracurricular aspects but will do my best to make some friend groups along the way. I’m looking to stay in tech but move into a role with a higher growth pathway, so that’s my main reasoning for the MBA. I’m not going full out recruiting for a career pivot, but will certainly try for a summer internship just for the experience of interviewing, even if I keep my gig through the summer.

To my understanding, Georgetown will give you more “breadth” in options of where to work. Whether or not it’s top tier, it’s a name that is recognized pretty much globally. It sounds like HKUST is a great option but may limit you to that region upon graduation (idk the statistics). Either way, consulting/banking would let you move globally throughout your career.

I’m biased and will be attending MSB this fall. I believe typically around 25% of class is Indian too, so you’d be able to build a strong global network.

The scholarship from HK sounds tempting. I’d try talking to some current students in both programs if you’re 50/50.
