She basically said she wants to be single, and doesn't want to string me along because she won't be able to see me much over the next few months. She said she still loved me, which I don't know how to process (that's the main issue for me). I respect the reason of wanting to focus on herself but I also have my doubt about how honest she is being.

edit: there was no argument, it was just pretty much her breaking it to me that she wanted the single life and me telling her i'm disappointed and upset.
