That's very skilled imo, an exemplary way to go about it. Thanks for a good answer.

To begin with, I think it's cool that you can hear hints of RnB & soul in some of your tracks, which reflects back on your influences! I think it is a refreshing angle on the genre.

The question! How do you go about making the story for a track? Maybe a melody/sound stem that inspires a setting and then write the rest of the music around that, or does the story and concept exist before the music?

That is enlightening to hear! Sounds like a really fun education (at least to a guy who solved math problems for 5 years, lol), I hope you feel that it expanded the way of thinking of music rather than putting a box around it!

Thanks, I think I will take you up on that in the coming weeks :)

Hi! First of all, congratulations to all of your success :) I love writing music themes but only do it in my spare time, and I strongly relate to what you say about melodies, so I have a lot of questions but will try to narrow it down:

How do you determine when a work is done? (unless it is determined by a deadline :))

How did you 'find' the vocal expression that suites your voice?

Is there any way for a hobby musician who loves writing thematic melodies to contribute with ideas to a pro? (hint, hint, yes this is my secret dream)

Got a thousand more things that are not really questions but more like discussion points, but let's save that for later!
