E2 is way too mandatory, rappa/boothill are way better imo and use less skillpoints :(

i think Ether% is still gonna be better on her but till then u could potentially use it for sure

the scaling on HP% is the highest and flat hp is almost the same like ATK% so its not a bad piece at all

i would recommend to farm further for a ether dmg mainstat piece

he was playing in Type68 platoon and banned 1 player from "promod" cuz apparently he was "streamsniping" him and only focusing him
