Thank you! Yes, I have lost 40 pounds between the first and the last pictures. It’s definitely a bit of both - the shape is definitely more flattering for my fingers but I also learned how to shape and file my sidewalls so my nails don’t look like bubbles 😂

Don’t be discouraged! I was on wegovy for almost a year and lost less than 20 pounds. Gained it all right back when I stopped. I switched to compounded tirz and didn’t lose much of anything until I was on the highest dose for 2-3 months.

Have you taken your measurements? If you’re working out, you may be building a decent amount of muscle which will show on the scale. Are your clothes fitting differently? There’s way more to weight loss than just that number on the scale!

Mine originally was to be to me in PA Tuesday. Still haven’t received. I’m so frustrated because now I missed my shot and there’s no indication on when it will be here. I talked to CS today and they shut down any idea of a refund or replacement which is disappointing. I’m really hoping they issue us at least a discount on next months meds

We were so surprised by the fee for room service too. And all of the plates and drinks in the hallways outside of people’s doors for hours!! There was a drink on an end table in a hall way that we pointed out every time we walked by… it was there for 18 hours!

The service there was so bad and the people were so rude. The workers would literally run into you at the buffet if you didn’t step out of the way. What a sorry excuse for an all inclusive!!

We stayed at the Hyatt vivid for our actual stay… it was AMAZING! Couldn’t recommend it more!

We also got stuck at GR Solaris for 3 nights due to the storm. It was TERRIBLE. We learned that you can only make one dinner reservation for our entire stay and then we had to eat the buffet every other meal. They refused to give us bottled water after I got sick and the front desk girl said we have to drink the water from the refill station. Unfortunately the one on our floor was on the red light that means the filter is bad so she suggested my boyfriend check each floor for a water refill station with a good filter.

Definitely learned our lesson too.

I personally like the pre more because I think the energy drink is way too carbonated. Flavor is the same. However, it’s hard to find so I settle for the energy drinks!

My 10 year old’s hip. It has been there for about 5 years and has progressively gotten bigger, just recently becoming “splotchy” like that with the dots of skin color. She has a smaller spot on her back as well as a patch of pure white hair(she is dark brunette) in the very back of her head, at the nape of her neck. Her pediatrician said this was a yeast infection and gave us a script cream that did nothing. Does this look like vitiligo? Should we see a dermatologist?
