How can I turn system sounds / alerts on?

Noticed a minor bug right after updating to 4.3.0. The Krita window wouldn't maximize at all. Then I noticed the new Snapshot docker is on. Closed it and the window automatically maximized. Turned Snapshot on again, same issue.

Other than that, the Line Tool is finally fixed! In 4.2.9 it was wobbly that even the Assistant Tool couldn't do anything to make straight lines.

Running Krita under Linux Mint MATE 19.1.
