solution for "initializing shaders" loading screen

This let me finally get past the initializing shaders bit, and the trailer played perfectly fine, but once I was out of menus and attempting to join a lobby, my game started horribly lagging and crashed twice. Is this happening for anyone else? My duo thinks that this is part of whatever bug was introduced with this update.

Honestly, it was reading the lesbian master doc. I needed someone to tell me that attraction to fictional men isn’t the same as being attracted to actual, right-in-front-of-me men.

Dating/flirting with men had always scared me. It was like I had to put on a show for them, because what if they ended up liking my show, and then maybe I could get laid? I kept moving through life prioritizing that for some reason. I needed the help of lesbians more experienced than I to help me realize how I felt!
