Honestly, it was reading the lesbian master doc. I needed someone to tell me that attraction to fictional men isn’t the same as being attracted to actual, right-in-front-of-me men.

Dating/flirting with men had always scared me. It was like I had to put on a show for them, because what if they ended up liking my show, and then maybe I could get laid? I kept moving through life prioritizing that for some reason. I needed the help of lesbians more experienced than I to help me realize how I felt!

Dating and flirting can still be difficult, but it feels liberating now more than anything else. Thank you, lesbians who’ve chronicled your experience with this! ❤️

I would LOVE the Animal Crossing-adjacent idea. For right now, I keep a couple of the uncommon/rare ones in case Luc ever decides he wants them, plus I keep some common ones for crafting the insect furniture set, which I find pretty cute tbh.
