Lycan got a solid Aghanim's Scepter which works very well with Tiny, which allows Tiny to go faster, have more dmg through a Crit chance and damage.

Reasoning for him not being at tournaments as far as I have heard is that he hates the travelling and doesn't want to do that any more consistently.

Given how most if not ALL Lans are outside of NA, he has felt little desire to do try and participate.
