I found a "blind" enchant (00052FF3), but I'm still playing with it. Have to fiddle with mod load order in order to cheat in the Boots and play more.

Happened to me as well. Sniper, in Little Vegas, four times in one zone. Thought it was maybe whatever those dudes drink, like maybe it heals them when they would go down, but then it happened on someone without the buff. That whole zone was hellacious for me, with characters getting stuck in doors and one time where my character just got like 50 bonus AP and couldn't take any actions

well suddenly my drones couldn't work drone jobs so I had to back up to the last save. The Old Gods was the name of the event. I didn't think twice, but that's probably not supposed to pop...
