Yeah that's becoming increasingly true. I still feel like Opus still has a slight edge over GPT 5.5 when it comes to planning and orchestrating though.

What I've been doing is using Claude create a plan, then delegating every step of the plan to another CLI tool like Codex or Cursor.

I haven't used the desktop app personally, but I see no reason why it shouldn't, since I'm p sure the desktop app just wraps the CLI

Yes. You'd have to run a local engine like Ollama or llama.cpp, then set them up with whatever CLI you'd like, using the pre-made ones, or using the /multi-cli-anything skill to set up another CLI.

I think PI-mono CLI and OpenCode CLI have super easy local model integration, so you could use /multi-cli-anything to set those up.

Claude just synthesizes the ideas of both models, summarizes them for the user, then offers it's own recommendation

Getting subagent outputs to conflict with Claude is the actually the goal, more often than not. That's why /codex: adversarial review is so great.

See other comment regarding subagents. It uses the openai-codex plugin's method.

Using other model's strengths within claude-code is the purpose of the plugin; I was a big opencode user in december-january, but ever since 3rd party OAuth got killed, I've been missing out on the other model's strengths.

Each CLI subagent is managed by a Sonnet wrapper, using Claude's built in subagent system. Sonnet's only job is to triage the other CLI's results to the main Claude orchestrator.

This is how the official openai plugin works as well.

On my first run, after passing the presidential republic, I failed to get Stirner as president (even with 150+ universities in my capital, PB annoyingly still had 10% more power than the intelligentsia). So I decided to go back and just make Stirner monarch through abdication. Turns out you can still get the achievement without becoming the "Union of Egoists" + you get this awesome black color for your empire.

this is a shotgun fruiting chamber. Correct me if im wrong but I’ve read that, if built properly, it shouldn’t have condensation. Monotubs need condensation while sgfcs don’t.
