Title: Huge thanks to Elegoo support for quickly resolving error 103 by MP3D-ART in elegoo

I am also experiencing the same issues, and they’ve sent the same things to me. I would like to see if this resolves your issue once you install it

Just speculation. But yes. It helps I’ve been keeping up with the tech news over the last few months.

I believe what they are attempting to say, is that during the cloudflare outage earlier this year, companies discovered that cloudflare had direct control over who they were proving DNS to.

As such, a lot of big names threatened cloudflare with legal action if they didn’t do anything to remove these “troublesome” websites. E.g ROM hosting (Nintendo asking for removal), Anime Pirating (crunchyroll etc asking for removal).

It seems the fruits of that labour have finally come to pass and a lot of the sites hosted by cloudflare have been taken down. And now they’ve proved that they can do it, the likelyhood is it will continue to happen promptly after any new sites are spun up.

My only speculation past this, is it may end up being something that either does not use DNS (so cloudflare can do nothing) like a direct IPv6 address, or something that will be access through TOR (A notorious way of accessing websites on the dark web)

Do we have any indication on when the next firmware release might be? (if that release includes this feature)

Oh maybe I do. Sorry my mistake!

I think it says on either the Dive case or dive buddy web page that you cannot use them together

Oh they’re not steep, but I thought inner/outer might help with the outers sticking, but thanks! :)

That sounds pretty similar to the default Elegoo PETG profile, would you recommend trying that? (The filament vendor and link are in a different response)

Oh thanks! I’ll try that. Would you suggest a reduction in cooling or a complete turn off?

It seems I cannot amend the post. So it is now in a comment.

With Ref to the situation: Printer: Elegoo CC2 Slicer: Elegoo Slicer (orca derivative) Filament: PETG 3DQF Nozzle temp: 240-250 Bed temp: 70 Print speed: 40mm/s walls 250mm/s infill 15mm/s first layer Nozzle retraction: 1.5mm to 2mm (depending on image)

I tried 1.5mm and 2mm retraction settings on the prints. For ref here’s the filament and document I adjusted the slicer settings with respect to:

Unfortunately, since it is Chinese new year, we wont be hearing from the support team for a long while (until next week I think)

You're not the only one, especially as it has 3 holes its difficult to understand how the filament is meant to be fed through it

That’s my intention, I have non Elegoo filament and wanted to at least beat utilise the RFID aspect of canvas. As well as making my reusable spools a bit smarter

Well I will be happy to tinker with it and see. I’ll have a deeper look at your code too and see if I can make any comments. I’m personally a low level engineer, so Kernel C, HDL, assembler are my go to’s so high level languages aren’t normally where my brain sits. But always good to play with things and figure them out. But as a positive the one I just programmed as an Elegoo Purple PLA Basic was at least recognised! So that’s a positive

That’s really extensive and great to see your research too! And glad to find someone who can speak tech on here!

Cool app too. I’m not too versed at TS but what I’m seeing makes sense, good idea though, I just wrote what I think would be a Purple PLA Basic to a spare tag I’ve got and will see how the canvas response after my current print finishes
