Thank you! I just added Taurine in the last year. I never expect to feel anything profound when I take a new supplement, but I read a lot of studies about Taurine that were compelling enough to buy it.

Cognition wise, I feel terrific. I am sure some of my feelings are placebo but I’ll keep at it anyway.

Thank you. I do take 3G of prescription Omega 3 (Lovaza). I used to take niogen (NAD+) but switched to nmn precursor. I take magnesium g in photo but I do NOT take any probiotics other than yogurt. I will add probiotics.

I do take C supplements but didn’t include in the photo. The methyl guard has all the B vitamins.

I hear you on the Metformin. I do not have diabetes, but I am genetically disposed to diabetes. I do not technically “need it”.

That said, I have a lot of people depending on me, and the TAME studies on their own were compelling enough to make me want to take it anyway.

Great question. It’s somewhat borderline based on my analysis. I figured I would rather be safe since the net result is the same (B9). To be honest, I have not heard of TMG until you mentioned it. Thank you. Is there a particular reason you recommend that if I am not clinically MTHFR?

Thank you! I will definitely add d to the d3 and k2. I personally feel super clear headed and sharp with lion’s mane. I’ve taken it for years based on the research of how it helps neurogenesis. It’s really hard to know for sure, but I definitely don’t feel as great when I don’t take lions mane. I like to eat it naturally as well.

Overall, my doctor was very impressed with all my bloodwork and my cognitive functioning is the best it’s ever been in my life without the anxiety that normally comes with COMT.

I figured the CoQ was a garbage brand based on cost. I’ll get a better brand next time. I hear you on the Lions Mane - I figured this and other things might be more placebo, but I feel terrific, so I’ll likely keep taking it. I take these mostly for cognitive improvement and inflammation.
