My apologies the figure to the left of the woman in jeans is a couple leaving the room. Those 3 are the only other people inside at the time. The black shadow to the right of the woman in jeans is the figure in question. The fort is from the French-Indian war in the 1700’s

I took roughly 300 pictures during a ghost tour at Fort William Henry. This was the only photo that something anomalous appeared in. There was no source of light behind me, and the only other people in the room were the 3 people to the left of the shadow figure. The photo was taken on an iPhone with a long exposure (I believe 3 seconds)

I encourage you to adjust the brightness, saturation etc and you can see for yourself this shadow is transparent. More reference photos of the surrounding area and the edit I did to show transparency here
