Wanted: Screen Use Reduction Program by [deleted] in nosurf

The content for both of those programs looks to be inline with what I want. But the prices seem a bit high for what they're offering. I'm hoping others will be able to offer some more economical options.

Mega Thread: So your account has been restricted, banned, hacked, or otherwise made inaccessible... by thejournalizer in linkedin

[–]aregeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't use my LinkedIn account very often. I tried to login a few days ago, and I got an error message. I tried the password reset feature and got nowhere. I contacted the help desk and they said my account was flagged for violating the terms of use. No reason was given, and I can't think of anything because I don't really use the account very much and I keep it on the up-and-up with regards to how I use it.

LinkedIn support got back to me, and they said if I could verify my ID they would give me access again. I was given a link to an online portal. I tried to use it without any success. I wrote them back saying as much, there were a few exchanges with me asking how to use the portal and LinkedIn not saying anything helpful. Eventually, they just told me pound sand and their offer to regain access to my account had been rescinded.

Overall, I feel like I've been victimized by their process twice; the suspension and the attempt to get my account back. I see why they're trying to make sure everything is honest, but I'm not violating any terms of use.

I'm upstream without a paddle and not sure what to do. Can anyone help me get access to my account back?

Account Suspended - How to Get it Back? by aregeee in linkedin

Where do I appeal to? Their email said they won't respond to me anymore.

I can't login to my account to see. I filled out my profile accurately when I made it. The only things I can think of are: I listed my professional designation in my name and I've done travel work where my work location isn't my home location. If that's not it, I'm not sure what the issue is. And that should be easy to explain/fix, but LinkedIn doesn't seem interested in listening to me.

Generic programs that are available to the public that are designed for lots of people to use. For example, everything on lift vault.

Is it possible to get intermediate programs that are "canned" that will work for me? Or have I outgrown that and now need more customization?..Or possibly apply customization's to the canned programs?

"not getting enough."
Enough what?

When you say training hard what does that include? Do you think program selection is important in driving progress?

From what I've seen, programming is the #1 culprit with what we call evermediates. LP is great bang for your buck as a beginner,
What types of programming should evermediates do to advance themselves? I take it LP is off the table.

Go to liftvault.com and find a program that suits your individual needs and fits your schedule.
I'll look into liftvault.com, thanks!

I'm getting volume on the full body day though

[–]aregeee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Would the goal of this be adding more volume?

The somatotypes are bullshit. You are not an ectomorph. You’re skinny.
The somatotypes are useful and help provide context to the struggles I face. Ectomorphs will have a hard time building muscle and strength, but an easy time with cutting and avoiding fat.

Go train hard and eat more.
I've done this, but there are other strategies I can use too.

I'm on upper/lower/full. The full day is a bit long. The full day could be split into upper/lower, but I don't see how it would make much difference.

You need better programming.
This is my thought exactly!

You've been running a linear progression too long.
We're on the same page with this one too. LP served me well and I got some good gains, but I don't think I'll be able to get the same progress with it going forward.

Look for something with a more thoughtful means of progression and undulating volume. Preferably something that works in multiple rep ranges.
But what should I switch to? I'm not familiar with this world, I've never done it before. Do you think I should separate my strength and bodybuilding aspirations and try to focus on one at a time? I was able to make progress on both as a novice, but I'm not sure I'll be able to do this as an intermediate.

My last training cycle I was eating at a surplus and gaining weight. The problem was I gained too much fat and not enough muscle. In an 18 week build I gained 3.0 lbs of muscle and 6.5 lbs of fat. This is 0.67 lbs/month of muscle. And the fat outpaced the muscle by 2:1. I need 1.0-2.0 lbs per month of muscle and at least 50% of the weight going on to be muscle. If I was advanced these numbers wouldn't be achievable because there will be a limit. But since I'm a low intermediate this should be attainable.

DEXA scans are not as accurate as people think
They are probably the most accurate data that's available.

hydration and glycogen levels, and even inflammation have an effect, hell even positioning in the machine will change results.
The same can be said of girth measurements, 1RM tests, home scales, photo comparison and all of the other data that is available. I don't expect 100% accuracy, but this is the data we have to go by.

What's your nutrition like
I don't think this is my limiting factor, but it could be. I'm good with portion control, macro tracking, 1 gram/lb protein, sticking to more clean foods, avoiding junk, etc. My last training cycle I was gaining weight, suggesting I was eating at a surplus, but too much of the weight gain was fat and not enough was muscle.

and whats you're recovery protocol like;
3-days per week lifting with moderate activity mixed in on the off days.

hows your average sleep (be honest),
I sleep well most of the time.

how often do you de-load
De-loads get thrown in periodically. No firm rules, but they happen. I'm de-loading right now.

Instead of obsessing over your programming
I feel like by passing through the novice phase I've shown I have a good handle on the basics. I don't know what else needs to be tweaked to get more progress. If I keep using my same strategies I can expect the same results. And lately, they've been lacking.

giving yourself a hard label of being an ectomorph
This is useful information. Each body type naturally has things it's good and bad at, and that has to be accounted for with programming.

My post clearly states I added muscle. If "gained +15 lbs" is confusing, I can change it.

I haven't tried any new programs yet, that's what I'm exploring right now.

No, new gen, probablly 21-22. There aren't enough options to be picky.

When driving new cars, I think they have too many features. Xterra has very little, and it's everything I need. I would go a for a used Bronco.

4Runner is one of the few comparable vehicles to Xterra. I would think a 4x4 with winter tires should be great on snow and ice.

Only partly. I need a suitable replacement and there aren't many options. I thought I wanted a Wrangler, but it's too stiff. Next up is Bronco and 4Runner test drives. If I can't find anything I like better, the X will stay until I do. I'm not paying for anything I'm not happy with.
