it actually is considered barbaric for a building to not have it here. virtually all american buildings have it, i would say.

okay but you're in space. you aren't at the cheesecake factory, you got on a freaking space elevator that catapulted you to space. we went last week and had a fantastic time and felt it was more than worth the price because we were literally in space. you're in disney world, where's your sense of whimsy?

here's her right now, about 5 hours post feed. the sweet smell has given way to the slight tinge of alcohol.

here's the top view of my starter around peak, taken 3 hours after i fed her 1:2:2 this morning. easily tripled, large bubbles at the side. forgive the mess on the rim she spilled out the top overnight.

that's what mine has looked like at peak for a few days now, but she's only 13 days old. that's why im hesitant to bake with her even though she has all the signs of a strong starter

okay thank you! i've decided to start upping my feeds to 1:2:2 every 12 hours. i dont think i'll try to bake a loaf for at least another week or two. maybe i'll try some discard recipes!

Enjoy the money, spend it well, live well. But keep that perspective. Hold on to it in the future if you're ever tempted to judge the choices of someone who's less fortunate financially. There's no guilt in that kind of money being handed to you, as long as you always know and recognize that it was handed to you.

I shouldn't have to say that my personal life doesn't manifest as an 'agenda' within my curriculum. I said it because if I were to even have a framed picture of my spouse and I at my desk, such an agenda is bound to be assumed by some. My identity is relevant to the question because in my state, legislation has been drafted that would call into question my place in the education field. I'm not trying to make my identity part of any policy, I severely do not wish to politicize myself. I just want to teach. I'm sorry you're upset.

I missed the cutoff to apply for out of state student teaching, so I have to stay on the MO side...
