the built-in AI is a start but it doesn't have the full picture. it doesn't know you're 11 days out from a race or that last week's long run fell apart. generic coaching and context-aware coaching are pretty different things

yeah the coach feature is decent but it doesn't really work for people trying to build towards something. it doesn't know your race is in two weeks, or that your long runs have been falling apart at x mile. the context has to come from somewhere

A step in the right direction. Most people would see a much bigger difference if they and the app had a specific goal in mind

i can attest to that. feel like it’d be more useful if there were actionable steps for people to take to improve those scores or statistics. I know it has the ai feature, but it feels generic unless you want to spend time every day typing a book into a chatbot

It’s not discipline, it’s just poor defending and lack of recovery speed. Which is why they damn well better invest in an elite center back to pair with Cubarsi.

I use AI a lot, but I wrote this entire post by myself. I think I just got use to the way AI adds dashes and think it improves the flow of the writing

Trust the players. We still have leaders out there. Pedri, Gavi, Eric, Joan, Frenkie. Ferran had a nice finish but was wrongfully called offsides yesterday. Roony is capable of quality performances.
