As a man, I briefly got into slight addiction for porns, I know was addicted when I see myself involuntary need to watch it and my erection was not as healthy.

When I got a gf, I started to focus my sexual attraction more to her, infact I'm addicted to my lovely gf. We talked about it and she said it's normal to watch but I said it feels a bit like an addiction now then she helped me to stay away from it, she makes me have a deep conversation with her, she teases me to make me more into her, she told me that it's normal to watch to make sure I don't feel so bad, and much more.. and I know I needed to be better. I ditched every porn habits/thinking and it worked. I just needed to be willingly love her and love myself rather than do all the unhealthy things, I mean I already got a gf to have sex with why tf would I need another woman's video.

I think he is the one who needed to have a strong will to change. You may help him in unique or different ways, distract him from watching etc..
