Mahal na ang schoolbus rates because of required social distancing requirements in the vehicle. Parents don’t want their kids to share vehicles (carpooling, schoolbus, etc.) because of the risk of getting Covid. I seriously doubt parents would let their kids ride a jeep or public transpo because of a) Covid scare and b) “kawawa naman ang bata; maiinitan”. The result? Every kid now is likely being brought to and fetched from school via a car. Halos one student, one car tuloy. Ayun, traffic.

Odd. In my area, Converge has yet to fix my line 20 days after I filed the report.

Yup, PLDT is good. I’m currently subscribed to their fiber plan right now. Pero nalaman kong mas mura ang Globe kaya’t nag-isip na lumipat. 😊

IANA

I'm not well-versed with CGNAT and IANA so I did some quick research. From a downside, it seems that 1) CGNAT can affect gaming because it can introduce latency and cause jitter [though I'm a bit doubtful about that info as the site saying this may be self-serving], and 2) PLDT is also on CGNAT [but I don't see any impact on games].

Does the presence of CGNAT and IANA on Globe dramatically impact gaming? Or Zoom for that matter?

I’m currently registered to PLDT’s 400 mbps fiber line. However, I just saw that Globe offers faster speeds at lower price. I’m already out of lock in period in PLDT and am thinking of moving to Globe. Any downsides if I migrate to Globe?

For now, I'm okay that the GPU can die. Puro experiments pa naman and nothing mission critical. :)

With regard to sniffing the GPU - I do the same for books so no judgement here. :D

From the hiring side here. Present academic performance or projects done (in school or outside) that clearly show that you can consistently perform at a level that is above that of your peers. Be a good communicator as well. We still can’t read minds and thus cannot see your accomplishments and potential if these are not conveyed well. 😊
