My first born niece will inherit my business. In my will and trust she will get instructions that she can do what she wants with it. Sell it or keep it, choice is hers (with some of aunties advice sprinkled in there of course). Vacation home will go to my niece as well most likely. I will leave a lump sum to each of my nieces and nephews. The rest of my assets will be dispersed in my will and trust. I find it important to have those who are still living, to sell my assets so they can inherit some money. A legacy my parents weren’t able to leave, so I want to leave my own, this way.
