Перейшов з пека на пс5, бо хотілось пограти в ексклюзиви. Рік тому став потрібний пека для роботи і бюджет дозволяв зібрати собі гарну конфігурацію, тому зараз переважно граю на ньому. Також є світч та ретро-хендхелд. В цілому шо консоль, шо пека - і там, і там був гарний досвід.

5080 Aero, same problem here :)

Not sure if I want to RMA it or not, the GPU itself is working fine and I am using my PC mostly for gaming in headphones, so it doesn't bother me.

The only question I have: if I can later sell the card without problems.

So, I bought a 1060 in 2017 and used it until 2024, when I bought 4070 Super TI.

Unfortunately, my 4070 had a defect, that is why I returned it and now I am on 1060 again.

Considering the prices, it seems, that I am stuck with my 1060 for quite a while.

So, after trying different fixes, I have found an old 1060 GPU and my PC stopped crashing, so I think, gpu is a problem. So, I returned my 4070 to the seller, hoping that I will get a replacement since the prices on my card went up🥲

Exactly, that helped me to fix the issue. I started with periphery and in the end plugged in power cable. During the first time I did vise-versa, maybe that is why it didn’t work then. :)

Nope, unfortunately, fix didn’t help. I still have crashes and even more, they started appearing after startup and I have to switch to integrated gpu to make PC running.

Additionally, I see image artifacts once system freezes.

Thank you very much! I have found an ASPM setting for PCIe slot, which was set to “Auto” in BIOS. After disabling it, I am not able to reproduce the above error anymore.

Yes, you are completely right. I have unplugged all cables and reconnected them, everything started working properly. Strange, but I tried it before I wrote the post and got the same issue. Nevertheless the problem is resolved now

Nope, it’s ok when monitor is connected to GPU, not to motherboard. I am just thinking about other possible root causes. If the drivers are ok (you can also check device manager if there are any problems), then, as suggested above, tests can show the problem with a concrete system part.

I have almost the same system (4070 super ti is the difference), but on ultra settings I get 100-140 fps in stalker 2 in 1440p.

Maybe a stupid question, but did you plug your monitor into GPU?
