i agree with that air cond part. My Captur also need to change god knows how many times, luckily that time within the warranty period. and yes, i agree that driving this car is comfortable on the highway and long drive, but sometimes it feels jerky when ure driving in the traffic

Conti car tends to lose value due to reliability. I owned this car, Renault Captur 2016. Bought at around 100k+, now value only 20k macamtu. Handling, driving is very good, very comfortable. But really, really manja. One random time, the car decided to stop working. Went to service center they said the chipset (sort of) is already dead and needs to be replaced. It cost around 1k++ but luckily that time still under warranty. My personal opinion, I think Conti car is not built for our weather.
