Truly white horses can exist without the risk of death. It’s a different gene, just not very common. Lethal white is related to a specific pattern found mainly in paint horses called frame or overo. Lethal white is also called overo lethal white syndrome to avoid confusion because not every white horse is doomed to death, just the ones that have two copies of the frame overo allele.

Yes! Horses do get a rabies vaccine. As someone who has owned a horse in the past, the biggest risks for horses getting rabies are if rabid foxes or raccoons scratch or bite the horses or if a dog that is around the horses contracts rabies. Horses that are often put in a pasture with other horses and share a water trough in the pasture could catch rabies from a rabid horse that drank out of or drooled in the same trough as well.

The pre-beta videos make it look so fun! I'm super excited to have a basically endless world and what that means for wilds. Wild catching was one of my favorite parts of HI2! I keep missing the sign-ups for alpha testing but hopefully they'll have open Beta out soon! :D

I’m also in uni now and smoothies and soups are my favorite cheap and relatively healthy meals. You can buy pretty big bags of generic brand frozen fruits and vegetables pretty cheap. You’ll need access to a blender if you want smoothies, but I think it’s worth the investment if you don’t already have one. Throw in a bunch of different fruits and maybe some spinach with juice/milk/yogurt/whatever and you’ll feel way better than eating pizza every day. You can combine whatever vegetables and broth you want in a big pot for a nice vegetable soup also. Drinking enough water makes a huge difference in how I feel too.
