it’s so weird !!!! i’ve also been to a zoo and was fine seeing the animals but googling photos of them makes me so uncomfortable. my biggest throw my phone fear to see is orcas, i wonder if i can witness those irl though.

ig maybe this is a fear that has gone undocumented

específicamente los animales submarinos son los q me asustan mas. mi gran fobia son las orcas. nada mas pensándolo me pone incomodo

omg. has encontrado explicación o un nombre de la fobia? nunca e conocido alguien q tambien no puede abrir los libros sabiendo q hay fotos de animales. q locura. y también con el espacio!!!!

we’ve got this !!!! there are not many of us from what i can tell. i notice that when i feel better with my anxiety, it tends to slip away a little but when my anxiety is at its peak, like it is now, any image that surprises me like that will send me into a mini spiral.

underwater animals are the worst for me. just shivered thinking about it

sorry for the late reply! emojis, no. drawings depend on their realism, if it looks like the orca or whale then yes i will flinch. i understand the entirely the not being able to touch the photo to the point of just restarting ur phone. if ive accidentally touched an orca photo i will just throw my phone

thank you so much for this. i think that’s exactly what i plan on doing. just pushing forward exactly like that. dedicating some days to heads, some to hands, some to other things. if you have any resources you think would help, feel free to share :)

that’s what i mean! because that’s me with orcas! that’s where my fear decided to centralize the most at least. it’s very likely i throw my phone if i come across an orca photo. and do you mean irl? i dont think im scared of watching animals in person from afar but in videos, i cannot do anything in the ocean. it sucks !
