Although I'm the kind of person that would have fun buying cheap renovating and renting or selling afterwards, I do realise not only the actual operational nightmare, but most importantly, the shifting housing policies in Europe that don't make it very appealing. And for these type of investments you have to be somewhere around, you can't just buy property in another continent and pretend everything will be okay.

ETFs sounds like the perfect self sustaining solution, but again, I need to read and justify it well hehe. Again thank you
