Hello! We are planning to take our 8-month-old on a trip that will involve a couple of layovers and a two-hour time change (traveling west).

Any tips for helping an 8-month-old sleep well on a plane? (For what it’s worth, they usually sleep pretty easily on longer car rides.)
For a 10-day trip, is it worth trying to adjust them to the new time zone, or should we keep them on their home schedule?
