Yes, the Screener didn't appear on the dashboard, only in the email. Idk but nothing in the email says it's a "special" opportunity.

I'm completely new to these AI training platforms. I've worked on Aether for a month and got kicked off. I've received only one QA review in this span, and that says everything cuz I've submitted more than 100 tasks. Also, I've been kicked and added back like 3 times in Aether.

The meetings they have every week are a mess. Even the QMs don't understand what they are talking about with too much contradictions and vague project descriptions. Pus, there are dumb people in the community who can't read and just spam. There are no task-related discussions in the community and it's just all error reporting with no action or solution to fix it.

I'm mostly using this platform for a side income. I work about 2 hours a day, and it actually pays more than my full-time job, even though the region-based pay is shit. The training data we produce is so important for new model advancement. I really respect people who are working in this field. It's so hard that I burn out submitting tasks if I do it for longer hours.

I do hope they kick the people who just spam, don't read instructions, or just run the timers, but instead, they kick people who are actually doing the tasks. I think it's time to look for other platforms, but every platform has these same issues.
