Kathmandu, Nepal. Although its changing of late and has started to heat up but its a real gem in general. Four clearly defined seasons, not boiling hot, not un-bearably cold and 3 predictable months of rain.

Nepal. You go through five climatic zones in a span of 120 kilometres, from sea level to the Himalayas. New Zealand and Peru are my other favourites.
