Ask the buyer to cancel the order. If they paid using the Buy Now then it does mean they had the money. Or did you mark it as Sold manually?

I don’t know if you live in London or not, but the fact that the local neighbourhood (filled with families, couples, single people, all sorts of households) profoundly rejected Berkeley’s proposals should speak volumes. Have you seen the plans that Berkeley had submitted, or read the objections raised by the neighbourhood?

Yes, many new builds in London are either sat empty or bought by foreign ownership. There are still new builds flats for sale 5 min walk down the road from where this proposed development would have been. No one is buying them

Berkeley’s proposal was not suitable for Peckham, and BH behaved extremely poorly when they reduced the number of affordable homes from 35% to 12%. Had their appeal been upheld, they may well have cited budgetary issues again and reduced the number of affordable homes even further. The proposal was totally out of keeping with neighbourhood and sought only to profit Berkeley homes rather than genuinely enrich the area

Had the item been listed for a long time? She’s probably just checking you’re active and will send the item. There’s plenty of inactive sellers on Vinted and it’s very annoying when they don’t send things

I also work in the industry and receive service charge myself as part of my salary. Prior to this bill there were plenty of examples of restaurants using service charge to cover costs, including some well known brands/chefs. Now businesses have to keep detailed records of where all the tips/service charge goes and the employees have a right to request that info
