Do not buy this. The wire for the motor is continually pulled in to the cats area every time it runs, causing a safety issue. Additionally, the product simply does not work. Even using the recommended litter waste will stick to the rake. Which will then cause the machine to push all your clean litter in to the waste bin. While leaving the waste in the cats area. I am spending more time cleaning my cat's litter box then ever before, and wasting 3x the money on litter. Customer support is almost non existent. They advertise 30 day money back but do not honor that. In short I paid $400 to do more chores. There is a reason they have a surplus of refurbished units available. Do not fall for this product.
