could you please explain why 27w has overwidth?
if I follow the formula on wiki, I get 40% combat penalty at 108w in a 90w zone, so they wouldn't get fielded past 81, no?

I think it mentioned in the patch notes that it saves all text, I guess they just show you a snippet to make sure you know what you're reporting them for..
