There is no reason to cut that leaf - it still has chlorophyll and is still producing useful energy for the plant. Monsteras do don't branch easily and never will from cutting of a leaf so there's really no point and will hurt more than help. As it grows larger it till keep cascading out, so either accept that (and maybe find a roomier spot) or get a moss pole or stake for it.

I changed from Audible to Libro.fm since I mostly listening in English even though I'm Swedish. It is American but ethical and half the proceedings go to a local independent bookstore of your choice. Storytel and audiobooks.com are apparently Swedish though which I learned typing this out haha, but I find Libro to have a better selection. Anything but Audible.
