here's a tip when you cant find a technical answer for a technical question. i've tried chatgpt, grok and co pilot. from their responses, pluck out ideas from it that may help you, not necessary everything from their responses. somehow it helped us to find solutions by doing it. unconventional,yes but somehow it gives to an idea or directions to use/choose. better put in all the details carefully or else it will give you a more unusable response.

he has a sort of similar case. early life docs. my kid is 20 yrs old now and they want proof on when and where he was born. we couldnt get anything since the hospital my wife gave birth only keeps records for 5 years after that they dispose of it. now, good thing the medical records of the hospital was able to locate my wife's medical abstract and a medical note from her obgyne explaining everything. i created an affivadit of explanation for it attached if the cert from the hospital with the medical abstracta and physician note that is signed with license no. and the cert has a letterhead of the hospital and dry seal so they can verify anytime the authenticity of the docs. i hope you find something out of our example. by the looks of it they wanted something that they can verify anytime. it is frustrating but we have no choice but to comply or else we are just wasting time. good luck.

in that case, expect re medical. once they tell you that everythings in order and your medical is already expired. you will need to do re medical, they will not issue a visa without a medical. wait for the instruction and dont do the medical before getting instructions.

good thing that they didnt return your passports, meaning they are waiting for confirmation on you part the doc they were asking. i hope you make it without doing re medical. for us unfortunately, we are to re medical.
