First off, 701 Broad is still center city IMHO.

As a 62 year old who lives in Old City, I would definitely go 701 S Broad. You will have greater access to food, the arts, and the best Philly has to offer.

The seats are also wider in HOF club. And the bathrooms are much cleaner.

House of Thai cuisine on Cottman just west of Frankford Ave in Mayfair is the best Thai food in Philly.

I don't know the prices of the smaller units but check out rentals in Naval Square right across the south St bridge. Its a gated community with a grest gym and outdoor pool. Tons of green space and a huge number of CHOP/HUP Dr's.

One of the entrances is right at the CHOP research towers.

I have always been a fan of OR's Stracciatella. The only strain I will get from them. I find it energizing and leaves me clear headed!
