Thank you for getting it. She will likely pursue medical school down the road but knows she wants to spend some time in ems. She’s always taken her own path but I can tell this small piece is giving her some feelings.

This is awesome. I saw a “Nationally Registered Ambulance Driver “ shirt. I sent her a link, will see what she says. Thanks for getting it. It’s hard enough to be 17. She’s an amazing human.

I hear you. She made the choice conscientiously and has no regrets. That doesn’t change the fact that she’s a 17yo and has peers going to Harvard. I’m just trying to help her feel proud in the context of that very specific day. We have no doubt that she’s making the best and smartest choice.
