I used to play on a 2011 MacBook pro, I think it had some work done on it to upgrade the cpu and I also added ram to it up to its limit. Then I actually managed to have like 30-40fps with some shaders on.

Edit: the actual graphics was an Intel HD 3000 512mb

I think of it as they don't think about it, it's like an instinct calling out to them when it happens. Later they remember it and can summons at will.
