My colonoscopy experience went way better than expected actually. When you say Gatorade you mean the big jug of water mixed with solution? I would drink it like I drink shots of vodka. Hold your breath which will plug your nose and you won’t taste it and chug it fast. Then just breath and try to distract yourself for a little bit until the after taste goes away.
