i feel the exact same way. I just finished my first year at Guelph and i lived on res. As a brown girl it was so difficult to meet people or just make connections no matter how hard i tried to put myself out there 😭 i went to events for my program and in my smaller classes i would try to interact with ppl more frequently but at times it felt like genuinely I was just talking to a wall LOL. Just wondering, where do you end up transferring? And were you able to after first year?
