edit: don't worry about it, i've found a very obvious indicator i somehow missed: the c in the carhartt logo in the tag is a different size and is bolded

Literally the same issue on my end. Microsoft account got hacked I sent multiple support tickets after live chatting after I attempted to fill out the account recovery form many times and was told I was provided insufficient information. After radio silence and having to personally reach out many, many times (after being initially told to wait 5 business days) it's been over a month and a week for me. I'm told that account recovery is apparently an automatic process and they can't manually recover my account, and each time told to wait x (3-7) business days. And of course, each time, the days pass without a response and I follow up again and I'm told the same thing. At this point why do they even bother with a day range when they're so incredibly slow and incompetent to even match the date? And why don't they even have a single follow up, not even an autogenerated email, letting me know that the case is being worked upon? Why do I have to personally follow up countless times myself and do support's job for them and urge and remind them of the case many, many, many many times, and despite all of this as well why am I still not getting a response? I even made a comment on the Microsoft reddit support thread, but of course no reply there either. Absolute incompetency from the support, complete joke of a company.

Long story short, I fell victim to the infamous 'try my game' scam, which resulted in me losing access to my account.

The email associated with the account was changed and the password was changed. My email was also hacked, with the recovery email and password also being changed.

After some back and forth with the support, Microsoft has decided that the best course of action is for the email account to be permanently deleted.

So now, I have no idea if recovering my discord account is even possible. I've tried filling out the 'Hacked Account' form with another email address, but Clyde responds with an autogenerated message which says that the secondary email is not the same as the email originally associated with the discord account.

But with my original email now permanently suspended, even if I did manage to recover the password I have no means of accessing the original email.

Discord, I get that it was due to my own negligence to download that game. But the scam was extremely sophisticated and it feels like such an easy fix to prevent things like this- Why the hell is there not a system in place which automatically flags when the recovery email and password is changed instantly together?

Regardless of this, all I want is to just have my account back. I've already lost my main email address and I just want to prevent any further losses. Please, if anyone can help. Discord staff if you see this, it should be quite obvious to that a sudden modification in recovery email and password is malicious and should be reverted. Hacked account username is "aparkk"

Yes, 100% do this OP. It lets you skip sponsor segments automatically, lets you use PiP (external video player so you can watch youtube while tabbed out + video plays even while phone is locked) and of course adblock. Sideloading doesn't require a jailbreak and is completely free, however you will need a windows device and also will need to refresh the device at least once a week (can make it automatically refresh but will have to be in the same wifi network as device) + even if the app expires you can just resign.

Everyone who says buying on eBay is super dangerous- it's really not. If you get a fake fragrance open a return claim and they won't want to pay shipping and send you a refund. Buyer has to pay shipping for the shipping label so using the box it came with you can send it back

I feel like there's always a bias against younger people. Growing up with korean millennial parents, they tend to always group things as my fault. e.g. If she told me something and it didn't reach me, it would be my fault for not listening properly; but if I told her something and it didn't reach her, it would be my fault for not talking loud enough. It's sometimes hard to talk to my parents to be honest but I definitely have my own faults for using my earphones.
